Shipping policy

Current Shipping Rates:

• FIRST ITEM $7.00
• SECOND ITEM IS AN ADDITIONAL $1.50
• THREE OR MORE ITEMS WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $1.00 PER ITEM
  

We offer a combination of pre-sale and ready to ship items. We will always post an estimated arrival time for all pre-sale items and it will also be listed in your item description on your invoice. When placing your order, please be sure to purchase in stock and ready to ship items separately from pre-sale items to make sure you get your in stock items right away. If you combine shipping, you will not get your in stock items until your pre-sale items arrive. 

Orders will be processed and shipped usually within 5-7 business days of arrival. If delayed for any reason you will be notified.

Shipping times are estimates of when the items will ship to LJS and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as, but not limited to, weather, holidays etc. Due to this, arrival may vary a couple of weeks from the estimate. Stated USPS shipping times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee delivery within the carrier estimated delivery days.

Little J's Smocks is not responsible for lost or stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

We are not responsible for packages once they leave our possession.

We also offer Route Protection on all purchases. Please use this feature to purchase insurance to protect your items from unforeseen circumstance.
