Q: Where are the pre-sales posted?
A: All pre-sales are posted here and within the Little J’s Smocks VIP group page on Facebook.

Q: How do I order?
A: Pre-sales are posted throughout the month with a specific closing date for each item. You can add items to your wailist to be notified when they are ready for purchase. Updates on production are posted in our VIP Facebook group.

Q: What info do you need to place an order?
A: Comment with Sold, Size, and Style Option (If applicable). Each post will have any other choices that maybe available to you with instructions. A link will be posted at the end of the pre-sale for items that made production for you to check out.

Q: What sizes do you carry?
A: Sizes do vary per style.
•Smock collections are available in sizes 3M to size 6T; larger sizes are available at custom pricing.
•Appliqué collections are available in sizes 0/3 -14/16.
•Some styles may be offered in adult sizes.

Q: Where can I find what the upcoming sales are?
A: Sales dates vary from month to month, so it’s best to sign up for our newsletter and join the VIP group on Facebook.

Q: How to reach us?
A: We only accept messages through our Facebook Business Page or customerservice@littlejschildrensboutique.com. Please do no message an admin unless it’s been over 48 hours with no response through the above!

Q: What is your Turnaround Time?
A: Times Vary for each pre-sale. Turn around time for most pre-sale items will be approximately 8-12 weeks. We will keep you updated should we have any delays. Understand that manufacturer delays are out of our control. We post an estimate with all preorders; However, this is not a guarantee. Please note the estimated arrival time when ordering all pre-sale items. Refunds will not be issued for items delayed by the manufacturer.

Q: What time are your sales?
A: Pre-sales will last approximately 2 weeks from posting date. Unfortunately, we cannot add items once a preorder closes, so be sure to get your order in before the closing dates posted on each sales post.

Q: When are invoices due?
A: After pre-sales close, we will post a link to checkout. You have 24 hours to complete checkout for your items. Failure to checkout within 24 hours without prior contact with an admin will result in removal from the group.

Q: Can you checkout ready to ship items with pre-sale items?
A: No. You must check out separately for ready to ship items and pre-sale items. If you combine shipping for ready to ship or pre-sale items with different estimated times of arrival, we will hold your items until your order is complete to ship. Please, be mindful and check the ETA for each item before completing checkout.

Q: What are your shipping prices?
A: Shipping:
• $5 for 1st item
• $6.5 for 2 items 
• +$1 for each additional item 
• FREE SHIPPING OVER $150.00

Q: How can I order a custom item?
A: We do not offer custom items at this time. Should a custom spot come available, these will be announced in our VIP group. We will post regularly asking for recommendations and special request. You may comment with your request on these post.
